The RFI is written and sent to allow different companies to offer their view on the project, and wether they are
interested and skilled to complete the project.
After this, the RFP containing detailed information is sent to the qualifying companies with which they can compose a

The company (companies) to qualify after scrutiny will then be asked to develop the SRS (Software Requirement Specification) together with client.
Apart from the technical aspect, all requirements, methods and milestones of the project are identified. A correct SRS will provide a
clear guide to keep the project under control and progressing successfully.
After the completion of the SRS and mutual agreement, the selected company will be asked to provide an IEEE-proof
and detailed Technical Synopsis and DDS.
